Guidelines for Full Paper Submission

The proceedings of the conference has been published and is being released at the inaugural session of the SCONLI-5 conference at Hyderabad on 21st February, 2009. The citation for the proceedings is as follows:

As we decide this, we find that some papers are yet to submitted for publication. Most of the presenters in SCONLI-3 have submitted their full papers. But there are many who have not for some reason or none.

We request you all that have not submitted their papers to submit it to us at the earliest and latest by15th February, 2010 (non-extendable).

We have revised the Full-Paper submission guidelines for quick and hassle free rendering of camera-ready manuscrips. For this we need your assistance in formatting your papers according to a unified set of guidelines. Following are the guidelines for formatting the full paper.

  1. Prepare it either in a .doc or a .dot format. Also attach a PDF along with.
  2. The font size is 11points. Use only Times New Roman font, where ever possible.
  3. Line spacing should be single.
  4. All the papers have to be written in English. If you are showing linguistic data examples (in sentences, phrases etc.), please provide it in IPA with gloss and meaning along with. For a standard, you may like to explore the following link:

  5. If your paper uses scripts other than roman, include the font file also along with the paper while sending.
  6. If you are taking materials such as texts from other sources, cite the source in references to avoid incidence of plagiarism. For references, follow MLA style. For more information on MLA style of referencing, check the following link at Cornell University's website:

  7. Attach a brief introduction (at most a hundred words) of the author(s) on a separate sheet.
  8. The template on which the document should be sent is available in both the PDF and .DOC fomats here. Please use the .DOC template to format your paper and then convert it to .PDF and check with another computer to check if your text and formatting appears the right way.
