Introduction
Linguistics Peer group is a platform with immense possibilities for student linguists to exchange and enjoy the intricacies of language. Began on 26th December, 2009 this e-group has engaged in the following activities:
Discussion and problem solving.
Upload/ download & exchange of academic resources.
Updates and reminder about conferences, seminars, job recruitments etc.
Consulting members (native speakers of a concerned language) for linguistic data
Linguistics Peer Group has been trying to meet its objectives through participation from members spread across variegated institutions like JNU, EFLU, BHU, DU, UOH and IITs.
Membership
Membership is free to all linguistics students. For membership furnishing of personal details (name, affiliating institution's name, languages known, scripts known, phone number, email id, interest areas etc.) and acceptance of invitation is needed.

Creation of a common data base of study materials including hand-outs, e-books, journals, research papers etc.
